- Production capacity
- Peak-season output runs in parallel across partner units in Panipat. Capacity is confirmed against your delivery date at the time of quoting, not assumed.
- MOQ
- Minimum runs are set per design and per fabric. Lower on stock shades, higher on custom prints and special GSM where the mill has a minimum of its own.
- Custom prints
- Send artwork, we produce a strike-off for approval. Screen and rotary printing both available; print fastness checked before dispatch.
- Private label
- Your brand label, care label, size chart, barcode and MRP sticker. Woven or printed tags, packed exactly as your retail requires.
- OEM manufacturing
- Manufacturing to a brand's own specification sheet, size chart and quality parameters, with the sample approved before the line runs.
- Fabric sourcing
- 200+ supplier and vendor partners for polar fleece, flannel, microfibre and cotton blends.
- Packaging options
- Poly bag, PVC zip pouch, printed box or bulk carton. Set packing for cover-plus-pillow combinations, carton marking to your specification.
- Dispatch timelines
- Stock shades dispatch quickest. Custom lots are scheduled and the date is committed in writing before the advance is taken.
- Pan-India logistics
- Road transport to all states, on your transporter or ours. LR and e-way bill handled from our side; carton count verified at loading.
- GST-compliant invoicing
- GST invoice on every dispatch with HSN codes and e-way bill, suitable for tender submission and audit records.
How an order runs
Enquiry to loading, in seven steps.
Enquiry
You send product, fabric, size, quantity and packing. Anything missing we ask on the first call.
Rate
We quote against the specification, with the fabric and GSM stated on the quote.
Shade approval
A physical swatch goes to you for approval. Nothing is cut before it comes back approved.
Sample
One pre-production piece from the actual lot, in the actual packing, on custom orders.
Production
The lot is split across partner units in Panipat and run in parallel, checked in line as it goes.
Final check and packing
Piece-wise checking, folding, labelling and carton marking to your specification.
Dispatch
Carton count verified at loading. GST invoice, LR and e-way bill issued.

We work inside Panipat's mill ecosystem, not around it.
Weaving, dyeing, printing, stitching, quilting and packing sit with partner units we have bought from for years. That is how a large winter order gets split, run in parallel and still matched to one shade card.
