It started with one roll of polar fabric. No team. No factory. No office. A shed built on the roof of the family home in Kandhla, because there was nowhere else to put it. Hazi Nafees ran it himself.

The shed years
Two schoolboys on the roof
The founder's sons worked the shed as schoolboys, after school hours. There was no shortcut and there was no backing — only orders that had to be met, and a town that nobody in the textile trade had heard of.

Buyer by buyer
Every order came from someone taking a chance on an unknown name from Kandhla. What kept them was that the goods matched the sample and the dates held. That is still the entire sales strategy.
Panipat
Into India's home-textile capital
Volume moved manufacturing and sourcing into Panipat, Haryana. Fabric, dyeing, printing, stitching and packing now run through a network of mills there, coordinated from Kandhla.
Scale
Two hundred people, five hundred buyers
A team of 200 at Kandhla, 200-plus supplier and vendor partners, and 500-plus buyers served across India — wholesalers, retail chains, online sellers, institutions and private-label brands.
Today
Twelve years, same family
Twelve years later the same family runs one of Panipat's established polar and flannel operations, supplying buyers across India.
The shed is not a marketing story.
There was nowhere else to put the work. The house had a roof, the roof had space, and the fabric had to be cut somewhere. That is the whole reason the business started where it did.
The people who ran that shed still run the company. When a buyer calls about a delayed carton in December, he is talking to someone who has personally loaded them.

The office is still at Kandhla, District Shamli. Production runs through Panipat. Goods go out to every state in the country.
